3. Description of Services
Motor EV Automotive Group Inc provides electric vehicle (EV) rental services and, where available, the sale of pre-owned electric vehicles. Our services include:
- Short-term and long-term EV rental reservations
- Sale of pre-owned and fleet-rotated electric vehicles
- Vehicle listings, availability inquiries, and booking management through motorev.net
- Customer support and account management
All services are subject to availability, applicable fees, and the terms outlined in this Agreement.
4. Eligibility
To rent or purchase a vehicle through Motor EV Automotive Group Inc, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age (age requirements for rentals may vary by vehicle class)
- Hold a valid driver's license issued by a U.S. state or recognized international authority
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the reservation or purchase process
- Not be prohibited by applicable law from entering into a binding agreement
We reserve the right to deny service to any individual who does not meet eligibility requirements or who has previously violated these Terms.
5. Vehicle Rentals
5.1 Reservations. Rental reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A confirmed reservation constitutes a binding agreement between you and the Company. You agree to pick up the vehicle at the time and location specified and to return it in the same condition, subject to normal wear and tear.
5.2 Rental Fees and Payment. Rental fees are disclosed at the time of booking. Payment is due at or before the time of pickup unless otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply for late returns, excess mileage, fuel replenishment, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
5.3 Driver Responsibility. The registered renter is solely responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including all tolls, traffic violations, and fines incurred. You agree to operate the vehicle lawfully and in accordance with all applicable traffic laws.
5.4 Damage and Loss. You are responsible for all damage to or loss of the vehicle during the rental period not covered by any applicable insurance or damage waiver you have elected. You authorize the Company to charge your payment method for any such amounts.
5.5 Charging and Range. Motor EV Automotive Group Inc provides vehicles with a full or specified charge at pickup. You are responsible for managing the vehicle's range during your rental period. We are not liable for inconvenience or costs arising from range depletion during the rental.
6. Vehicle Sales
Motor EV Automotive Group Inc periodically offers pre-owned electric vehicles for sale, including vehicles previously used in our rental fleet. All vehicle sales are subject to the following:
- Vehicles are sold in as-is condition unless an express written warranty is provided at the time of sale
- Vehicle history reports and available service records will be disclosed upon request prior to sale
- All sales are final once a purchase agreement has been executed and payment received, unless otherwise required by applicable law
- The Company makes no representations beyond those expressly stated in the bill of sale
Buyers are encouraged to inspect vehicles and obtain independent inspections prior to purchase. Title will be transferred in accordance with Massachusetts law.
7. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features or complete a reservation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@motorev.net if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our services or website to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Tamper with, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or vehicle technology
- Use any vehicle for commercial hire, racing, off-road driving, or any illegal purpose
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Engage in conduct that disrupts, impairs, or interferes with our operations or the experience of other users
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account, cancellation of reservations, and potential legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on motorev.net, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Motor EV Automotive Group Inc or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without prior written consent from the Company.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Motor EV Automotive Group Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Motor EV Automotive Group Inc, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Fairhaven, Massachusetts. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. Privacy Policy

Carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages.
16. Modifications to Terms
Motor EV Automotive Group Inc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on motorev.net. Your continued use of our services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
